Job Summary:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to the classification. Demonstrated job duties and knowledge listed for the job classification. Knowledge of all duties is to be cross functional but specific duties are assigned within available personnel.
Identify and understand key business issues and objectives for existing internal customers and provide SME consultancy. Create virtual, blended learning solutions as well as trainings.
Lead the development of a virtual and blended learning strategy, develop and implement respective processes globally.
Conduct needs assessments to determine performance gaps and learning needs in the organization and provide sound recommendations and input to solution design with a special focus on virtual learning needs.
Translate these requirements into cutting-edge virtual and blended-learning approaches (strong focus will be on e-Learnings) with subject matter experts and execute program deliverables to meet internal customer objectives and the global organizational structure. Guide internal SMEs accordingly.
Develop project deliverables during design, development, execution and evaluation of virtual and blended learning solutions.
Execute trainings to support the learning of internal customers.
Design and implement effective programs in the core area of product and materials
Conduct seminars, workshops, coaching and collective trainings sessions in the core area of soft skills
Evaluate performance improvement solutions and make recommendations to internal customers based on results.
Ensure practices adhere to the processes for consistent, efficient delivery with emphasis on continual improvement.
Participation in projects in the area of the FST Academy.
Build internal and external comprehension of subject matter expertise.

Unsere Erwartungen
Bachelor degree in Adult Education, Human Performance, Instructional Systems Design (ISD).
5 -10 years' experience in the training/education field and knowledge of adult learning theory and human performance improvement processes.
Experience in the assessment, design, delivery and evaluation Learning Solutions, including virtual and online training, distance learning, Blended Learning, classroom trainings and curriculum development.
Open for regular travelling - Travel nationally (estimated travel at 25%) and internationally (estimated travel at 10%)
Basic (or advance) technical knowledge in FST product and materials.
Project Management experience in an international environment.
Knowledge of how to prepare design plans that meet Learning Systems standards and demonstrate an understanding of a "blended learning approach".
Experience using E-Learning authoring software such as Articulate, TTKF or others.
Experience in working with a learning management system such as Cornerstone.
Proficiency in MS office suite especially Outlook and PowerPoint.Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiencesDemonstrated ability to partner with internal clients to meet business objectives and to influence internal and external audiences of all levels without supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Proven ability to work in a structured way
