Recruitment Manager Plymouth Full time Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum generous commission Experience: Min 3 years in recruitment The Recruitment Manager will have a strong understanding of all areas of recruitment and should use their experience and knowledge to achieve monthly targets whilst sourcing new clients and appropriate candidates. Core Responsibilities: Assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs Build and manage your own client accounts Receive, screen and file incoming cv's, background and reference checks Conduct screening interviews, telephone / face to face interviews with prospective applicants Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers Candidate profile: Strong understanding and management of all areas of recruitment Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal Self motivated, sense of urgency, works well under pressure Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet targets Strong attention to detail Ability to handle and maintain confidential information Must have at least 3 years experience in the recruitment industry; experience in professional industries such as medical, teaching, petrochemical etc advantageous
