As a rapidly growing branch, they’re looking for ambitious graduates to help sustain their growth They require graduates to manage territory across the south west, from Cornwall to Bristol Benefits/What you get: A competitive basic salary of £23,000 Y1 OTE of £30k A company car Mobile Laptop Company holidays that reward success Regular socials within a vibrant company culture Pension Lucrative bonus/incentive schemes Excellent scope for progression – including branch management and more As a Graduate Territory Account Manager, you’ll undertake an exciting, hybrid role The successful candidate will attain new business, as well as develop rapport and revenue with existing accounts – the contracts you work on will be worth in excess of £10k per annum. You’ll strategically generate your own leads and contact prospective clients, schedule and attend meetings using your company car You’ll influence, negotiate and close deals with clients face to face. Once you have a grasp on the full business cycle you’ll manage your own pipeline The successful candidate will receive a unique graduate package.
