You will appointment set for the Field Sales team who will close deals. You will have the chance to earn up to £10,000 per year in commission - this is a realistic figure that current staff earn. The role will suit candidates with either internal B2B or B2C appointment setting experience. You can be from ANY sector but somebody who has worked for an engineering, automotive or manufacturing business would be viewed as beneficial. The successful candidate will be somebody that is confident at making outbound calls to generate appointments for external Sales Engineers. The business is a great place to work - they are a market leader, big enough to be stable but small enough that you will work in a personable office where you will get to know all staff. You will work in a team of 7 supporting the company's sales efforts. You will get extensive product & IT systems training with this employer that truly values its staff. The role will suit confident candidates that have strong sales skills. The role: Generating appointments for external sales staff with clients. Using the CRM system to identify & get in touch with previous clients. Following up E-marketing campaigns. Account Managing existing clients. Working to KPI's such as number of calls, ratio of calls to sales, follow ups to leads, revenue etc. The Candidate: Will be either from a B2B / B2C telesales role or an ex-Recruitment Consultant. Will be confident enough to pick up the phone and make outbound calls to clients. You could be from ANY industry but manufacturing, engineering or automotive experience would be beneficial.
