We are recruiting on behalf of a well established company in Newquay for an experienced administrator to aid the Sales Support Coordinator team.

The role will be on a temporary basis, Full Time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and the contract will finish at the end of the year.

Sales Support Job Duties:

- Generate and process new sales leads as necessary
- Answer phone calls from customers and deal with problems as they arise
- Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team
- Acknowledge customers by responding to e-mail's, texts and phone calls
- Update contact information for clients
- Process orders
- Administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents

The ideal candidate: People Person, Time Oriented, Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Basic Math Skills, Basic Computer Literacy, Consumer Relations, Consumer Complaints, Crisis Management, Reporting Skills, Administrative Skills, Attention to Detail
