We are currently recruiting for a Secretary/Audio Typist in the Truro area to provide administrative support in an effective and efficient manner to expedite reports in a timely fashion.

Duties and responsibilities in this role will include but not limited to:

Type correspondence, reports and other documents.

Answer and direct calls in an appropriate manner.

Greet and assist visitors.

Schedule appointments, manage diaries and provide staff with the appropriate

documentation for appointments.

Maintain office files.

Perform other related duties as required.

The following skills and experience are essential:

RSA level 3 typing/word processing of equivalent

Audio typing experience

Proven use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Acces)

Proven experience of working in a busy office environment

We are looking for a candidate who is able to maintain administrative and office

systems and able to design and maintain spreadsheets and/or databases.

You will be self disciplined and able to prioritise and work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Have excellent organisational skills, with ability to react quickly to changing demands and priorities.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
