Mitrem Recruitment's client based in Plympton are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to work on a temporary contract.

We are looking for candidates with a background in administration and someone who is able to commit to a immediate start temporary position.

Job Duties:

As the Sales and Marketing administrator you will report to the Sales and Marketing manager; you will support the team in administrative tasks.

Duties:

- Liaise with all of the Sales and Marketing team to maintain accurate records for all sales activities.
- Collect, assemble, and summarise statistics and information from different sources.
- Ensure a reliable follow-up on all documents and Sales sheets.
- Provide product, promotion, and pricing information following customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
- Communicate with local staff and the team across the country.
- Follow up the requests.
- Organise customer meetings, room bookings, meet and greet etc.
- Assist with the merchandising and promotional material.
- Schedule appointments and arrange meetings, conferences, meeting rooms and travel for the Managing Director and the Management Team.
- Manages the supplies of stationery and equipment.
- Assist with the preparation of high quality proposals, offers or other Sales documents for customers while respecting brand standards and policies. Prepare charts, graphs, and tables for presentations or reports.
- Administration duties such as filing, scanning, covering the reception desk when required.

Skills required:

- Proven track record in in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to multitask and deal with confidential information.
- Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
- Team player that is proactive, flexible, eager to learn and build and ready to go the extra mile.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Hours: 8.30am - 16.30pm Monday to Friday
