Chef de Partie - 2 AA Rosette standard
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef De Partie who is looking to develop and push themselves within a rosette standard environment. Our client owns a hotel situated along the furthest South West Coast line. The hotel promotes idyllic views across Mounts bay and the picturesque St Michaels Mount. The hotel itself has just gone through a complete renovation bringing it up to date and changing its branding to being a Cornish contemporary establishment. Working as Chef De Partie within this establishment you will have, * Experience of working to a rosette standard and similar level for at least a year * Experience of creating freshly cooked dishes using local seasonal produce * Experience of helping to develop the lower level chefs and help them progress * Examples of good longevity within your CV * A deep seated passion to excel and work with food On average you will be working between 40 - 50 hours across 5 days. These will likely consist of a mixture of straight and split shifts. In return you will receive an hourly £8 - £9 per hour rate with additional tips on top of this. For candidates out of county there is the possibility of accommodation, the details of this will be discussed upon interview. This is looking to be a full time, permanent position to start immediately.
