The successful candidate will work with individuals on the Start-up programme and will be responsible for providing mentoring, coaching and ongoing pastoral support to enable an individual achieve their business goals.
This post will work closely with the Spark Coordinator to ensure clear communication is maintained, compliance with ERDF audit guidelines are followed and CRM systems are accurate.
The post requires an individual with first-hand experience of business start-up and experience of European Projects. A qualification in Information, Advice and Guidance at Level 4 is required. This post will involve some travel across the County so access to or use of transport is required.
Start-up - This project is focused on encouraging enterprise, the creation of new businesses locally and supporting businesses in their first 12-18 months of trading. It aims to reduce barriers and help those with the drive and ambition to start their own enterprise.
The Start-up team are responsible for delivering a first class dynamic programme of activity including mentoring, advice and support which will encourage new start-ups to survive, grow and succeed.
