Customer Service Patient Choice Advisor 

Do you have experience of working in a call centre or customer facing environment?  Would you like to utilize these skills in a healthcare setting where you can provide patients with a high quality service?

We have an exciting opportunity to join the high performing NHS Referral Management Service which is led by General Practitioners.  We are looking for individuals who care passionately about providing a high quality telephone based referral service.  Patient Choice Advisors are the main point of contact for patients, their carers, General Practice staff.

You will need to have a caring and understanding confidence on the telephone, a high level of computer literacy and be comfortable managing information from databases.  The role requires people who are very comfortable working to targets of quality and accuracy but who are also able to work autonomously whilst using their initiative.  In return you will get the chance to work for a high performing close knit team who make a difference to patients.

We have permanent full time positions available, as well as temporary part time positions working 3 days per week.
