Cornwall Hospice Care is a leading Cornish charity that provides special care free of charge for people aged 18 and above, who are living with life limiting illnesses.

ICT Helpdesk Team Leader – St Austell

37.5 hours per week • Salary £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience

We are looking to recruit an experienced, innovative and enthusiastic ICT Helpdesk Team Leader. The successful candidate will lead a small team, ensuring the timely resolution of ICT Helpdesk calls. Implementing where
necessary new services and procedures to improve the helpdesk service whilst working on various projects.

You will have previous experience of working in a supervisory role and working in an IT Helpdesk environment. Flexibility, excellent written and verbal communication skills and being a team player are crucial to this role.
Also necessary are higher ICT qualifications/equivalent experience, a clean driving licence and access to own transport.

This is an exciting opportunity for the post holder to use their ICT skills, knowledge and experience to shape ICT technology in our organisation.
