This highly reputable employer is looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join their already fantastically skilled team of Chef’s in their busy kitchen. The successful Sous Chef would preferably have AA Rosette experience in a fine dining environment, a strong passion for cooking and a great working attitude. The Sous Chef will be required to assist with the running of the fast growing kitchen, to lead and supervise an expert team of Chef’s and kitchen staff, to cook and prepare locally sourced fresh produce, food ordering and waste management and to ensure service is efficient and delivered as per the company standard. In return this esteemed hotel will be offering an immediate start, straight shifts, a salary of £25,000 depending on experience, career progression, discounted meals and short stay breaks for family and friends, share of staff tips on a quarterly basis, uniform provided, free onsite parking, meals on duty and the opportunity to work for a company with strong ethos of customer care, investment and personal development.
