This highly reputable hotel are looking to recruit a passionate F&B Operations Manager with extensive experience within the Hospitality industry, preferably a fine dining hotel environment. The Food & Beverage Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring financial performance of the F&B departments striving to maximise revenue and exceed targets, planning yearly budgets for the F&B departments, deliver sales and high quality guest service consistently, to lead and support the F&B teams to ensure a genuine, personal and outstanding performance at all times.
