Retail Development Coordinator

Salary – Circa £18,000 - £22,000pa (exact salary dependant on experience)

Hours per week - 37.50

St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth operates a thriving, diverse retail group encompassing 30 units and a retail distribution centre based in Plymouth turning over £3.2m per year to support its charitable activities. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Retail Development Coordinator to join our team, based at the Distribution Centre in Plympton, Plymouth to assist in driving the retail income.

This is a key role, where you will support the retail group in achieving its targets and core KPI’s by ensuring a robust support function. You will do this by analysing the retail data and identifying opportunities for improvement, taking the initiative to drive these ideas forward with the retail team.

We are looking for an individual who is analytical, innovative and has excellent attention to detail, with experience in data analysis and report generation.
