£15k pa OTE | Plymouth | Temp to Perm Salary: £15,000, plus monthly on target sales bonus We are one of the UK's fastest growing event organisers, providing exciting activity and events packages to a range of clients. You will need to be organised with excellent attention to detail, have great communication & sales skills and the ability to interact with customers at all levels. You will be provided with full training on our products and systems, as well as ongoing learning and support to ensure that you reach your potential. Working in a team in a small, friendly and dynamic call centre, your role will involve taking inbound enquiries by phone or email from new and existing customers, with no cold calling involved. You will be listening to customer needs, recommending products and activity packages, setting up and sending quotation and identifying opportunities for up-selling relevant products. If you enjoy taking the time to listen, providing solutions achieving great customer satisfaction and are looking for a rewarding long-term career, then this fantastic opportunity is for you Key Responsibilities: - To manage inbound enquiries efficiently and effectively - Listening to customer needs, explaining choices and providing recommendations. - To up-sell additional products where an opportunity is identified. - Set up call back appointments and ensure these are completed on time. - Maintain confidentiality at all times relating to the company, employees and client. - Make sure all company standards, policies and procedures are maintained. - Working 38.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and on scheduled Saturdays. Key Skills and Experience: - Have lots of energy, enthusiasm and an engaging personality. - Confidence to deal with customers by email and over the phone. - Previous experience of communicating with people at varying levels. - Ability to multi-task in a complex environment. - Ability to learn and develop through continuous training and support, to ensure you are providing a first class service. - It is essential that you are working or have worked as part of a successful team. - Candidates must be able to maintain a flexible approach to accommodate changes in requirements and growth within the company. - Excellent organisational skills to enable you to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment.
