BelkavitzSloan are a trusted and exclusiverecruitment partner to one of the world's most renowned specialists of Bearings and precision component technologies for multiple Industry sectors including the Industrial, Automotive and Aerospace Industries The company are entering into an exciting phase of their ambitious growth plans and as part of these plans they are seeking a UK Sales Manager for Aerospace The Role; To maintain and develop key accounts in line with the Strategic plan. This coupled with helping to increase the companies share of the UK Aerospace and Defence market with new and existing customers. Responsibilities; - Manage designated area effectively, efficiently and to budget. - To meet or exceed sales objectives, sales growth and market penetration. - Continuously search for new market opportunities with current, modified or new product lines. - Meet regularly with Marketing, Customer Service and Product Engineering. - Maintain regular and close liaison with key accounts; their engineering, procurement, manufacturing and sales departments. - Report regularly to Sales and Marketing Director all factors affecting the Company's business including field intelligence on market trends and competitors activities. - Investigate Customer complaints and where necessary institute appropriate action. - Develop and control a strategic market sector. - Keep Customers informed of product development and assist in presentation of engineering seminars over range of assigned products. - To interact with Aerospace plants and coordinate activities with customer service, supply chain and production - To support applications engineers on technical developments. - To manage innovation and development projects, in coordination with R&D and application engineers. Requirements; - A minimum of 5 years Sales Engineering experience in the Bearings or Mechanical Power Transmission Industry - Strong knowledge of the UK and Europe's Aerospace Markets - Excellent communication and verbal skills - A strong technical and commercial awareness in Aerospace is essential - An ability to develop strong inter-personal relationships and build long-term client associations - Self-motivation and be results driven - The drive to find and generate new business If you wish to apply for this excellent opportunity please do send me across an updated copy of your profile for immediate consideration
