My client, a prestigious local independent construction company, is looking to expand their team and recruit a Working Supervisor. You will come from a proven high-end trade background and be looking to join a forward thinking company who values it's employees and provides excellent opportunity for professional development. You will be results driven, motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent people skills when dealing with your team and clients. Experience of working in Schools, Hospitals, Police and other Public Sector and public environments is highly advantageous. Required: Minimum NVQ Level 2 in a related trade discipline CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card CITB Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme Certificate (SSSTS) Emergency First Aid at Work Proven supervisory experience with projects up to £150,000 Own tools Full UK Driving Licence Desirable: CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme Certificate (SMSTS) Three Day First Aid Certificate NVQ Level 3 in a related trade discipline Proven supervisory experience with projects up to £1,000,000 In return they offer a great salary, contributory Company Pension, support with training and to work as part of a team of committed tradesmen, company van with fuel card, full PPE and company workwear. Basic working hours are 40.5 hours per week Monday - Friday with attractive overtime rates. An out of hours call out service is something they are planning to offer for which a premium will be payable.
