QUALITY MANAGER Reporting to the General Manager you will, amongst other things, ensure compliance to HS&E regulations and procedures, manage suppliers when they come to site for Quality concerns and ensure prompt supplier corrective action resolution You will be responsible for all accreditation and all IS0900 as well as updating to new health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will: - Work well within a team and have the ability to motivate and inspire the team The QSHE Manager is responsible for: - Maintenance and development of QSHE Management systems in line with ISO 9001:2008, implementing ISO9001:2015. - Primary contact and management representative for all QSHE. - Reporting to the Senior Management Team on QSHE issues, trends and resolution. - Conducting internal and supplier audits against ISO 9001, and report findings. - Monitoring Supplier Vendor Performance and establish a criteria and rating system for key suppliers. - Writing, Implementing and updating QSHE Procedures and Works Instructions. - Training all employees in all aspects of Quality and QSHE activities. - Manage the calibration system. - Functional responsibilities to include Risk Assessments, COSHH, site inspections, compliance with legislation and incident and accident reporting and analysis.
