My client has a fantastic opportunity to lead and work with the store team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the store achieves its sales plan and maximises net contribution; this will be achieved by providing high standards of display and branch presentation, offering the optimum levels of customer service and product knowledge and by implementing all our systems, procedures, policies and regulations. You’ll also be responsible for training and developing your existing team and new starters. We’ll expect you to come from a retail environment and have a strong managerial background. You’ll be confident in all aspects of managing a store and have people management skills and knowledge. Become a part of one of the most exciting and innovative brands in the high street and online.
