We are looking for people who live and breathe customer service for the role of Admissions, Food & Beverage, Guest Experience and Retail Hosts, whether you are in our shop, café, at admissions or delivering one of the animal talks, you will provide a professional and efficient service to our customers at all times.
As an Admissions Host you give our customers their first impression of the park and on a daily basis selling attraction tickets or managing queue lines as well as up-selling additional adventure opportunities such as guest feeds and our Guidebooks.
As a Retail host you will be suggesting products that our guests may want to purchase or being on hand to assist our customers with any query they may have and will assist in boosting revenue and smashing daily targets while demonstrating fantastic customer service at all times
As a Food & Beverage Host you will work in our catering outlets throughout the attraction, and provide an excellent service to our guests. This is a varied role in which you may be working on the till or serving food one day and preparing food/drinks and working tables the next.
As a Guest Experience Host you will be predominantly out on site liaising with customers, answering questions, giving talks and delivering memorable experiences.

Experience of working in customer service is necessary and for some roles cash handling is an advantage, but full training will be provided. With the ability to 'think on your feet' and take ownership of issues that may rise, you'll have demonstrable experience of working to a high standard in a pressurised environment ideally within a retail, tourism or hospitality operation. Consistently ensuring that you are delivering a service that goes beyond our customer service feedback targets.

The Cornish Seal Sanctuary in Gweek is the only fully operational seal rescue centre in Cornwall. Our seal sanctuary provides a lifeline for stray, sick and injured seal pups which have been discovered around the Cornwall coast. The Sanctuary is a busy rescue centre, and also has resident Grey Seals, Common Seals, Patagonian & Californian Sea Lions, Penguins, Otters, Goats, Sheep and Ponies. Occasionally the Sanctuary's facilities and expertise are called upon to aid in the rescue of other marine creatures such as Dolphins and Turtles.
