Tecker Ltd is currently recruiting for a part-time HR/General Administrator located in its Falmouth office. The normal working days will be Monday and Friday (8:30 am to 5pm) with additional days on occasion to cover holiday absence.
The candidate will ideally have a background in HR but will be willing to carry out a range of general administrative duties. Confidence with computerised systems is expected.
Duties will include the following:
- Assisting with recruitment
- Issuing Offer Letters and T&Cs
- Assisting with reviews and disciplinaries
- Maintaining employee records
- Leavers administration
- Occupational Health administration
- Training Administration
- General admin including reception and answering the telephone
Remuneration will be attractive to the suitably qualified candidate.
