Seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a rapidly expanding business based in Redruth. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with bags of drive and initiative and the ability to multi-task and work as part of a team. Candidates must have good IT skills and grammar, previous customer service and office experience as well as motivation and initiative. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: • Updating the stock system and placing orders with suppliers • Raising purchase orders • Checking delivery records and • Taking orders over the phone and responding to customer queries • Managing orders on the company database • Filing and record keeping • Obtaining shipping quotes and estimating weight and volume of orders • Assisting in the warehouse when they are busy (infrequent) • General office support This is a temporary to permanent, full time position so all applicants must be seeking a career and will require their own transport.
